Since its foundation in 1952, Arbour Automobiles has never stopped growing, always having as a primary vision the importance of establishing business relationships with our staff and our customers.
Mr. Ovila Arbour, president and founder, started with the AMC (American Motor Company) banner which he left in 1972 to acquire the Volkswagen banner.
In 1998, the family business moved to a new location in a completely different area. It is in Laval, at 2475 Chomedey Boulevard that the adventure continues doubling the surface and the staff.
In 2003, Volkswagen Canada introduces a new image called Marketplace. A new area and new model propels us to the top, among the elite in Canada.
In 2010, Mr. André Arbour, son of Mr. Ovila Arbour, acquires a second Volkswagen banner, and it is in 2015 that Complexe 440 Volkswagen opens its doors in the east of Laval joining our body shop department.
To this day, Mr. André Arbour and his successors, Stéphanie and Sébastien, work to offer our customers a purchasing experience worthy of the Arbour promise.
