Heading out on the open road? Take us with you. No, really. If you need a hand to prepare for that great road trip, our travel services can help.

Travel planning: Complete and personalized travel itinerary, road maps, estimated travel time, discount coupons, and relevant travel information about the route you’re taking-all the way from your driveway right to your final destination. We’ll even help you find the shortest or most scenic route, if you like. Please allow at least three weeks to receive your travel kit.
Travel interruption benefits: In the unlikely event that your VW is immobilized due to mechanical problems more than 160 km from your home, we’ll reimburse your travel interruption expenses if your vehicle cannot be safely repaired on the same day. Maximum coverage for travel interruption is $500 per incident. In this event, you must contact your distribution centre to obtain a pre-authorized number and the procedures to follow for reimbursement. You can find more details in your Owner’s Guide.
A membership card that recognizes your eligibility to all these benefits. Your membership kit will be mailed directly to you within two to four weeks of the delivery of your Certified Pre-Loved Volkswagen.
